Shipping Policy

Orders submitted through our online store are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time will be processed the next business weekday, so if you submit your order on Friday (after 12:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time) or on Saturday or Sunday, we will process your order on Monday. We do our best to ship your order the same day we receive it; however, we are closed on the Saturday, Sunday and U.S. Federal Holidays, so we cannot guarantee same day fulfillment and shipment of an order received after 12:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time or on days we are closed. Product availability (read our In Stock Policy) will affect shipment of your order and we will contact you before processing your order in the event that any item is temporarily unavailable. You are advised to allow 24 hours for your order to be processed before it is shipped, so add a day for delivery when selecting a shipping method, especially expedited shipping methods, such as UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, that are based on the number of business days required to deliver your order. We ship our online orders worldwide using UPS services. Rates and delivery are calculated by UPS, and when you provide an email address with your order, you can track your order online. We ship orders worldwide using UPS WorldShip, so International customers can order with confidence even if you live in Canada, Italy or Indonesia
